Refund policy

We want you in the right piece. If the First Cut isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to start a return.

Eligibility. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Because FC-001 is a single limited run, exchanges are subject to remaining stock in your size — if your size has sold out, we'll issue a refund instead.

How to start a return. Email wear.rivn@gmail.com with your order number and the reason, and we'll send instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong item. Email wear.rivn@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
